I first found Malcolm Hargraves 3 years ago when I was getting fit to run the London Marathon - I had booked to go on one of his Running Crazy tours, but got injured just before the event and so decided not to travel out. I found Malcolm inspiring and kind and friendly and I felt that he really cared about my injured state and genuinely wished me well. I invited him to my book launch a year later - the injury time had created space for me to finish my book! - and so resolved to join him on a Running Crazy trip in the future.
