The defund ObamaCare effort that didn’t, the hold the debt limit effort that didn’t and the cut spending tack that kept the status quo. Other than that, these last 3 weeks have been great for Republicans, who can only agree to disagree with each other. Democrats must wait their turn. What happened? What went wrong?
