In the first hour, I welcome new first Tuesday of the month guest and the creator of the "How To BBQ Right" empire, Malcom Reed. Tonight we will go over his rise to internet fame, how he grew his YouTube channel and, of course, we are going to talk some BBQ!

After Malcom, we catch up with BBQ Hall of Fame'er Dr. BBQ, Ray Lampe! What's happening with the new restaurant and what's Ray up to in the first quarter of 2019. Ray will also be judging the first year contest being put on by KCBS this coming weekend in Little Rock, Arkansas...I'm sure Ray will have a take on that as well!
