Carrie and Chris are joined by 3 widows who lost their husbands to breast cancer, as well as Dr. Gary Johnson, to offer his perspective. During a recent call hosted by the Male Breast Cancer Coalition, in which Knowles was a guest speaker, he expressed his strong opinion that male breast cancer should be referred to as male CHEST cancer. He claimed that this marketing angle was best to ease the embarrassment of diagnosis, especially in the Black community. An intense discussion ensued and is continued in this podcast with these MBCC members and male breast cancer advocates.
