Today we are joined by Anjuli, a medical student, and the face behind 'her health story', a project that allows SA women to tell their maternal mental health stories and struggles entailing everything from pregnancy to post-partum experience. We focus on maternal mental health and the generational differences, stigmas and taboos around this topic. Mental health is already stigmatized in our society. Then is there any space for maternal mental health?
