In this week’s episode of Sunshine in Red Lipstick, DJ takes it all the way back to the beginning and lets her two main girls run the show—Mama and Sub Mo.

Sub Mo is officially done watching Monique circle the same noise, while Mama steps in to do what a mama has to do: protect her daughter from walking into a life she’s not ready for.

A little tough love can go a long way… or at least it should. But knowing Mo, she’ll take whatever advice matches her mood in the moment.
