On this weeks episode Alex & Tierney talk about how when you find yourself in these moments where you feel a lot of pressure, you are struggling to manage and unsure what to do next the importance of letting somethings wait, giving yourself grace and resting when you can. Alexs family had to navigate quarantine last week and it was a lot, rest was necessary, television was watched to get by, and her and her husband working from home required a lot of team work to ensure they both were able to do what they needed to do. It was a short and sweet episode inspired to show you that everyone is navigating their own speed bumps in life, and their hope is to show up and shed light that there are challenging days, but that you can do hard things, do the things you need to take care of you mama. We are in this together.
