The FC90 Podcast is back, this episode marking our seventh instalment.

Regular host James Jones is once again absent for this one, but that has allowed room around the podding table for a double debut!

Joining stand-in host Christy Malyan and George Dagless, who returns for the second week in a row, are Football FanCast's Leeds correspondent Matt Dawson and Football League World's Chris Thorpe.

With such a Football League presence, we once again slide down the pyramid and look at all matters EFL.

But alongside that, we consider whether Manchester City are indeed in crisis after losing just one game to a very good team, and try to get to the cause of Arsenal's seemingly never-ending problems.

Christy's Corner, meanwhile, takes a slightly different avenue this week as each member of the Podcast creates an ultimate Premier League XI consisting of players who never got to lift the title.
