Everton dropped out of the FA Cup Saturday evening after a 2-0 loss to champions-in-waiting Manchester City. Despite the scoreline, the injury-battered Toffees were resolute in defense for almost the entire match before an unlucky crossbar deflection put Ilkay Gundogan in for an easy header that would decide the match.
