A hero police officer saved the life of a domestic violence victim outside a Las Vegas apartment complex where the woman was viciously stabbed by her boyfriend. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call about a stabbing from a female neighbor who witnessed the horrific incident at The Virginia Apartments last Wednesday night. Frantic 911 audio hears the neighbor as she explained how the attack by 30-year-old William Fuller went down. Body cam shows Sgt. Daniella Cino at the time she arrived to the scene moments later. Fuller stood over his unidentified girlfriend's body, sporting a white T-shirt splattered in her blood.

A Utah man flew a small plane into his own house early Monday just hours after he had been arrested for assaulting his wife in a nearby canyon where the couple went to talk over their problems, authorities said. Duane Youd, 47, was killed in the crash after he piloted the Cessna Citation Jet 525 from a nearby airport. His estranged wife, Sandy, and her son who were in the home got out and survived despite the front part the two-story house being engulfed in flames, Payson police Sgt Noemi Sandoval said. Investigators believe the plane belonged to Youd's employer and that he intentionally flew into his own house.

Scott Peterson is not guilty of murdering his pregnant wife and is only guilty of adultery, according to his sister-in-law. Peterson is currently sitting on death row after being found guilty of murdering wife Laci and their unborn son Conner in 2004 while he was having an affair with a woman named Amber Frey. But Janey Peterson believes that jurors allowed news of the affair, and Scott's past liaisons with multiple other women, to cloud their judgement. While she believes Scott is guilty of adultery she also argues that there was never enough evidence to convict him of murder. 'We don't have justice yet; we're not there,' she told the Fresno Bee. 'We can't be content thinking we know what happened to Laci and Conner; we don't.'
