每日誦念7遍到49遍到108遍。時間可靈活安排,比如可在專心念完3遍後,再在其他時間(等車、坐車、健身、灑掃時)誦完(當然前提是你能倒背如流~)。 Chant the mantra 7 - 49 - 108 times a day. Memorize it and chant as you go on daily chores. 以後有時間我會錄製27/49遍的版本,方便大家。I will record 27/49 rounds chanting versions in the future when I get a chance.
