Kia Ora, I am joined by Eve Ahearn who is from Waikato and based in Auckland, NZ. Eve is a Mirimiri practitioner and coach. Today we discussed what it means to be a wahine Maori navigating wellness spaces today.
Eve shares her own experience reconnecting with her culture after spending 8 years living in Perth and how reconnecting with her culture has created a business model that reflects Te Ao Maori and the challenges that come with that.
She also touched on fears around niching, what a safe space can look like for Indigenous women, decolonising our minds and connection to identity.
