Jill Payne is a former national level rugby player, a dedicated yogi and a proud single mama living and practicing Energy Management each and every day. Jill has lived in many places from the beaches in Costa Rica, to the concrete jungle of New York City and is currently residing on Vancouver Island.10 years of life and academic research and an MA in workplace wellness allowed her the insights and skills to develop this singularly transformational practice: Be A Dime Energy Management. On the ground, practical skills inspire individuals towards joy and capacity.  

Over the years, Jill has brought her expertise to Google, McDonald’s, Highliner Foods, YMCA, Ronald McDonald House, PepsiCo, Republic Services, Core Logic, NBC, Panasonic, Boeing, JPL, Western Union and Sony, to reinvigorate productivity and enhance corporate culture. As seen in Vogue, Glamour, Elle, and SELF Magazine, her highly sought-after programs go beyond physical wellness by initiating tools to manage one’s own overall mindset and everyday state of being.  

Jill comes to each and every engagement with her own quality of energy and joy that will allow you to see the same in yourself. Her favourite life mantra is that life is meant to be joyful. Jill has created a licensed certification program to train coaches in the Be a Dime Energy Management techniques. The team is building quickly and upon graduation in 2021, there will be 8 fully certified coaches, spreading this empowering message. The sky's the limit!
