I think we've all had managers that have been the absolute sh*t stains of existence. Well today I'm ranting about this and my experience with disrespectful management. At the end of the day, we always need to demand respect when we ourselves are giving respect, but we also need to look at the big picture and use this as a stepping stone to a better position or even to a career where we don't have to deal with management at all.
