We finally got to sit down with Michael and JD to give their views on last season and their hopes and aspirations for the years ahead.
It was great to get their open and honest views in everything from suffering the pain of missing promotions in successive years to finally getting promoted this year and finding out a bit about their history and what makes them the management team they are today.
As can happen with these things when the conversation is flowing you don't want it to stop, as a result we had lots of material so instead of having 1 very long pod we decided to split it it to, this is Episode 12 part 1
