Each one of us have areas in which we are deficient or lack confidence. Sometimes, people choose to use their deficiencies as reasons why they can't do certain things, or why certain things can't get done. Our deficiencies do not preclude us from either serving where we're called, nor from ensuring the task that needs to be completed is covered.
