She spends her time teaching people how to understand their emotions, and stop unintentionally sabotaging their lives so they can remember how to live with authentic joy and intention again. For 20 years she has studied mindfulness and the concepts of stillness in many situations, and now shares how to make mastering your mindset a lifestyle choice that will radically change your life, relationships, and business.
