I believe you need to be 100% committed in everything you do.  From 9-5, or whenever it is you make your living, you need to be focused on making your living.  But, when you are at home spending time with the kiddos or taking your wife out for a date, you need to be 100% focused and committed to those memory-making moments.  Sometimes its hard to leave work at work, or home at home, however, it is vital to your overall success.  On this episode, Percy Lapoint came back to the studio to talk about balancing work and family life.
