Rightmove has reported delays in conveyancing transactions.  All conveyancers are experiencing unprecedented work levels as a result of work flowing since lockdown and the announcement of the SDLT holiday.   This makes managing the expectations of seller and buyer clients especially challenging.  Conveyancing is going to take longer in many cases due to these pressures.
