Often we avoid the difficult conversation - but in doing this, we're not helping ourselves - it doesn't make the issue go away.
Difficult conversations and situations will always exist - and subjects might be emotive, so we need to consider how we need to be in order to sort them out well.
Understanding the person we're having the conversation with is vital and setting up the communication so that it's objective (perhaps processes need to be in place).
Simon Sinek says it's important to lean into having these conversations - he has a model - FBI - it sounds really effective, you can learn more here.
