Had a chat (a few weeks ago) with Cliff Mander, CEO of CKM Sports Management. CKM is one of the leading hockey specific player agencies on the planet, using their technology and data analytics to empower their clients, while also using holistic player improvement - meaning that they focus on improving players’ psychological strength, physical ability and education.  

So naturally we discussed the state of player development and where that is trending - but we also  talked shop and what it was like starting an agency in a competitive market filled with long established brands and businesses.
