Did you know that burnout can affect introverts more than it can affect extroverts? There is a such thing as introvert burnout. And if you are an introvert, it is important that you are aware of how you best thrive in working with others, and how your energy can be managed to support your overall success.
This episode puts introvert burnout on the table and showcases the symptoms to look out for if you are an introvert. Although many of those symptoms are similar to burnout, it's important to recognize that those symptoms have a source of the lack of social bandwidth for an introvert.
