As both a clinician and a coach, Alyssa has rich experience working with athletes along the injury to performance spectrum.  She is passionate about helping runners overcome injuries and tackle goals with confidence, so they can enjoy healthy, strong, consistent training.  She is an advocate of strength training for runners as a tool for both decreasing injury risk and optimizing performance.
