Whether you want to admit it or not, nepotism is found in every business. Now to be clear, that doesn’t mean that every business hires their nephew, rather every business shows favoritism based on relationships in the workplace. The reason we decided to focus on nepotism rather than just favoritism is because there are some many times that our close relationships or our blood relationships effect our business decisions.
