Today's guest, Steve Matthews, CEO of TRG Screen (owner of Research Monitor), talks with me about how our decade long journey to the cloud has helped him seamlessly migrate his staff to a completely online work environment. This migration also makes the use of products like Research Monitor and Quest easily manageable within a remote work environment. Steve also discusses as our shelter-in-place situation extends, we need to understand our limits, as well as the needs and limits of those we manage.
