You are SOOOO amazing! The summer had been hard but you've made it through.
"Winter is coming" they say
"Fall is coming" I say.
Let me tell you, in 2020, Fall is more frightening. We are about to embark upon the start to a new school year that we have NEVER SEEN. On top of ALL the other stressors working moms normally deal we now have, remote work, virtual classrooms and a possible second wave of COVID-19. We are in for a some serious ups and down. There WILL BE OVERWHELM yet, you DON'T HAVE TO SUFFER. Check out this episode for tips on how to best manage the overwhelm that will come with the Fall.
