I will admit, I didn’t suffer with a ton of pre-shift anxiety but it’s because I used to suffer from EXTREME anxiety back when I was teaching. So, when I did become a nurse I knew I needed to develop ways to keep my anxiety at bay. I found that developing a routine that worked best for me was crucial in alleviating stress and pre-shift anxiety and I want to help you do the same.
