This episode is about managing stress. Managing stress as a creative is a bit challenging because we tend to go out of our way to work on a lot of things that we're not getting paid to do but we love to do and that often can be very time-consuming like creating a painting, creating an amazing project like a brand, or creating a blog, or some kind of cool website and it can really take a lot of time to sit down and create an outline in what you want to create with your website and with your brand and you really have to plan it in a very strategic way. So I just thought this would be an interesting topic to go over how stressful it can be in my experience because I cannot speak from anybody else's experience but I can speak from my experience on how I manage stress as a creative because I am not a full time creative but I am a fulltime student and I am studying industrial design which is in the creative field so I think that my perspective can be helpful per se for most people who are creative and going through a stressful time because studying industrial design is not an easy feat it, is definitely challenging and I do have some sleepless nights or very close to sleepiness nights where I am working so late to the point where it's like I am like why am I even up at this point, you know? Or why am I even up at this point? I am literally going to get one hour of sleep so...
