In this episode, the Athlete CAFE takes a deep dive into the steps for managing your emotions before, during and after competitions. We normalize that having and feeling emotions is natural and we discuss finding out what triggers emotions. We discuss how managing emotions has looked like for some of our personal clients. Finally, we provide some tips for athletes to incorporate in managing their emotions.
