Fear is certainly an emotion that you will feel at some point in your journey managing multiple sclerosis or not. It is what you DO with that emotion that will change your entire life. You can either surrender TO IT and allow fear to overcome you or you can allow yourself to feel it and then let it go. It sounds easier than it is. It requires intention. It requires knowledge. It will definitely require you to have a bit more tools than the average person not managing MS. *WHICH is not necessarily a BAD thing!!!
