In this segment, I'll be sharing 4 attitudes and mindsets that enable you to make peace with stillness. More specifically, the period of time between action and reaction.
We too often are stricken with anxiety after having completed an action, unsure of what the response will be. Here are different values of mine that have helped me embrace the stillness and have confidence that my actions served and will continue to serve their purpose: getting me the right answer - even if that answer might initially prove disappointing.
All things happen for a reason and it's important to minimize the amount of energy that we allow anxiety to steal away from us. Here's to diminishing the power of anxious thinking and to embrace peace, in any way that we can
