As much as Liverpool may try and claim some credit for a Premier League showdown on the last day of the season... the day was Sky Blue and Manchester City claimed the Premier League title for the second season in a row.

But it wasn't all doom and gloom on Anfield as Liverpool (and Tottenham) contributed to one of the most dramatic weeks of football we have ever seen... but don't worry, Jim still manages to take the p**s out of both of them.
