I did this interview with Tanya in the summer of 2019 and only got to upload it now. Interestingly enough, in the midst of COVID-19, this conversation still seems to be very much applicable. I sat down with Tony and Nat, the faces behind @MyFoodNation, and chatted about all things social media, the influencer industry, and of course, their love for food.
She is a fitness coach, a nutritionist, AND a cancer survivor. But most importantly, to me, she's simply Liz, one of the happiest people I know. I had the chance to sit down with Liz to chat about how she keeps a positive attitude during her experience of going through cancer and fighting for her marriage.
