Mandy is a Strategic Operations Director with extensive experience delivering Digital and Mobile Technology Products & Services in the Mobile Industry. She has experience within both emerging and developed markets across Europe, Africa, Central America, South East Asia and Caribbean.
Mandy tells her story and how she started and worked her way up to executive management. Her main strength in the industry is to enable Mobile Operators to develop new revenues by utilising their existing assets. You wont be surprised to learn one of the main assets they consistently under-estimate is their customer relationship.
