The Far North has been dealt another blow with news the Mangamuka Gorge on State Highway One won't be opening any time soon. Heavy rain earlier this month brought down 19 slips on the road. It means motorists and trucks will have to take State Highway Ten - which locals say is in no fit state to be taking heavy traffic. Far North Mayor John Carter talks to Karyn about the impact.
