Four armed men with bladed weapons forced entry into a family home on Banksia Road in Greenacre at approximately 2am, assaulting a 23-year-old man and demanding cash before fleeing in a dark-coloured SUV. The victim sustained severe arm injuries and was transported to hospital in stable condition, while four other occupants in the home were unharmed. Police have launched a manhunt for the four attackers and are appealing for public information.
