Intention Statement:  I HAVE TODAY…to love my body, head to toe!

Your body is energy!!!  And, since you’re a creator, you can literally change your body to be anything you want it to be!!!

You can be/have:

Taller

Thinner

More muscular

Thicker hair

Smoother skin

Bigger boobs

You name it, you can create it!!!

Talk to your body to change it…speak to your cells, because your cells will literally do whatever you tell them to do!!!  You’re the boss, the one in control, the one with the power!

Here’s how:

1. Believe you can do this!!! Meaning…let go of any limiting thoughts that make you say things like:

            I’m big boned

            I don’t have that type of body

            I gain weight in my hips/butt/thigh area, or my mid-section

            I’ve always had acne

            I have a terrible memory

            I’m getting old

            I can’t do things like I used to      

1. Visualization – before bed. Make it real in your mind.  Before you head off to slumber is a great time to manifest your ideal body!  Wayne dyer used to call it “marinating!!!”
2. Affirm it – you absolutely, positively, without question, must, must, must speak to your body about you want it to do for you and what you want it to look like as if it is already done!!!

Say things like:

            I have beautiful, thick hair

            My eyes are perfectly healthy with 20/20 vision

            It’s easy for me to maintain my ideal body weight

            etc.
