Welcome to Day 6 of the 30-Day Manifestation Challenge!

As children we are taught not to cry, get angry, and definitely no temper tantrums. Unintentionally we were taught to suppress our emotions, and it's often because other's don't know how to navigate their own, never mind someone else's emotions and it makes them feel uncomfortable.

Through suppressing our emotions, we can trap energy within our body leading to self-sabotage, health problems, money blocks and more. Energy can build up inside of us until we explode in an unexpected way. Therefore if we can choose the way the energy is released, we can get ourselves back into alignment with our desire and manifestation faster.
