“In meditation, a clanger of a lightning strike struck me and I was like, Oh my God, this is my path, this is my gift to the world.”

Welcome everyone to this episode of In My Truth!
Today I have a superstar friend from Fit For Service joining us from her spot in the sun in Mexico: Lucie Dawson. Somewhat different to where I recorded this episode in Colorado!
Lucie is originally from England and has spent the majority of her adult traveling and working as a private chef. She’s spent the last ten years living in Byron Bay, and the last couple of years have seen a topsy-turvy turnaround in her life.
Something just didn’t feel right, so Lucie packed up her bags and followed her intuition, jumping back into her traveler lifestyle.
We recorded this episode on Lucie’s very last day in Mexico after manifesting her dream of getting to live and work there. A lot was coming up for her.
So, shall we dive in?

Join your host Sarah Riegelhuth as she’s joined by Lucie Dawson in this episode of In My Truth, as they dive into intuition, manifestation, our paths of purpose… and having no money left and no idea what’s next.

“We’re living in this amazing paradise also known as reality, and it’s a participatory environment. You have to be open to everything that’s happening around you and you have to acknowledge all of these tiny little subtle signs, and the more that you start to notice them, the more you start to conscious of them, the more they start to notice you back.”
-
Lucie and Sarah also get vulnerable with the stories they’re living with around:
manifesting
aligning with our truth
red flags and intuition
synchronicities and pushing forward
perceiving worth through productivity
veering off course
running out of money
starting a business
not knowing what is coming next
raising capital
being confronted by self-doubt
gratitude
non-monogamy and unconventional paths
compartmentalising
“Money is such an energetic thing. There’s so much around it to figure through and it’s so representative of so many things in our lives.”

Remember you’re not alone, and there is hope, even though it may not feel that way at times. Talk to someone, a friend or family member and let them support you. Reach out to a professional. Do whatever you need to do to start your journey back to feeling good.
Here are some resources I found on Google (because I am not a professional, these are not recommendations, just suggestions with love and empathy from me to you):
