In this episode, I add some extra commentary on my recent article, manifestation rituals for modern people. Try these five rituals at your own leisure to bring whatever magic of reality exists to life.
We explore:
* Pre-rituals, rituals and post-rituals for manifestation
* A grounded, practical and relaxed take on manifestation
* How to manifest during the day in the modern day
* Balancing scepticism with hope and optimism
My favourite type of rituals for manifestation are the ones which help me live my life more than they require the unnecessary. Forget rewriting goals or affirmations like you’re in sixth grade dictation, forget meditating for three hours on a yoga mat. I want real, slightly controversial, slightly fun and juicy rituals that make me believe I’m headed somewhere quite lovely.
Sure, whether or not I am is up to my actions, a little drizzle of starry alignment (if you believe in that), and consistency where feedback of failure prevails until something nice and fluffy and deemed as ‘success’ appears. Until then, I’ll try, try some more. And even after, my efforts to explore life and its undulations of challenge and ease will continue.
This is a read-aloud of an article from Virgin Notes by Kimberley Wenya. Read-alouds occasionally contain added context and detail from the writer than its written version. To view the written version of this article, click here.
