A quote I had used to say in the majority of my videos on my podcast “BPerryFilms Podcast,” is “When you have pen to paper is the first step to achieving your goal.” It’s the accountability part that gets programmed in because it becomes muscle memory making it more likely for you to achieve their goals. This triggers the dopamine in your body when having the right mindset and takes time to develop like most things we try to accomplish. Goal setting is a mixture of mental and physical well-being that is conditioned through life experiences and the environment around it.
