The premise in episode 10, season 2 of the Big Picture You podcast series. - Manipulating the Future Through Addressing Regrets - is that regrets, like truth, can be a tricky proposition. Partly because if you change any tidbit (or regrettable actions and behavior), in the past, everything from thence forward may turn out differently and possibly not so well, comparatively. Meanwhile, we are tasked with trying to run our lives in ways that do not create situation for, or facilitate regret. Regrets are also about admitting truths, so it will be a nice tie in to Season 2 Episode 9.
