The importance of starting the day in a positive place

Developing a positive outlook releases positivity into the Universe, allowing more positivity to flow back towards you. This is the Law of Compensation.

Find your flow into positivity - Me? Before I get in the shower I think through my planned day and pull out bits and pieces to appreciate to get me excited about what is coming.

Many of us are unhappy in our reality, so we find alternatives to use as an escape

Alternatives can be alcohol, drugs, sex, sports, or anything that allows you to forget who you are in the Now

We need to learn to find Love, Joy, and Happiness in our Now, no matter the situation, instead of attempting to escape. When we return, reality will always be there waiting.
