Manny Bermudez', the South Shore Dominator, aka the Bermudez Triangle, aka Manny Hands came back up onto the podcast for his third diamond (Diamond Status!). For those who don't know: Manny Bermudez is a professional fighter for the UFC and is primed to fight Charles Rosa in the featherweight division this upcoming Friday, at UFC on ESPN 6. The last time Manny was on the podcast was before his bantamweight match up against Casey Kenney at UFC 241. Manny caught the L in that fight and a couple weeks later he was contracted to fight at the TD Garden. Manny is from MA so he is totally living out his dreams by fighting in front of his entire family and hometown at the Garden this Friday, and in this episode he discussed:
