We easily forget God's ways are higher than ours. Our wisdom is foolishness to Him. Let us hear what advice scripture gives us to avoid leaning on our own understanding.

Man's foolishness verses God's wisdom (English)

I was elected an Ashoka Fellow in 2010 for an ‘entire value chain’ intervention model for rural wealth creation. Earlier on, in 2005, President Mwai Kibaki had awarded me a ‘Head of State Commendation’ for my humble contributions in the water sector while I served as Chairman, Tana Water Services Board. Ati (did you ask), what do I do with my spare time? Well, I read the Bible, for one, and also write fiction. And, when invited, I speak in churches and in entrepreneurship workshops. I also mentor young people and promote holistic development.
