Submission to the secular authority may be one of the most difficult aspects of walking by faith, especially when that authority is unjust, ungodly, and imperfect. And yet, that is what the Lord has admonished all Christians to do - a truth ably exemplified by Esther and Mordecai in this passage from Esther 8.
