a "chiringuito" is a Spanish word meaning a special kind of beachside bar, traditionally found on Spanish beaches. 

"La Peñita", or "La Peña", is an example of a private bar run by a community where you are only allowed if you are a member. These are quite common in certain parts of Spain.
