In 8 years, Bharat grew his new business to Rs. 30 Crs in revenue with consistent, sustainable expansion. We speak to Bharat about the lessons he has learnt about expanding both his customer segment as well as product lines. We also discuss how he couldn't find the right ERP solution for his business and went on to develop on on his own in 2 years for a minimal cost of Rs. 2.5 Lakh. This ERP now powers each and every step in the value chain. Bharat lists his requirements for the perfect ERP system and why generic ERP systems such as SAP do not work for his requirements.
