Onchan MHK Julie Edge says Manx Care needs to listen to the public and provide 'a proper health service'. 

It comes as doctors on the Isle of Man plan to walk out for two-days next week as part of an ongoing row over pay.

The health body says it will make every effort to keep services open where possible.
