Translation:
Oh my mind ! You thought falsely the things that gets associated due to birth are harmful, so except for renounced people sufferings won't leave. Don't forget. You went in the right path. In whose head holy water is flowing, that Lord of justice's (Lord Shiva) ArUr (we) will worship and get saved ( from sufferings). Don't get scared by developing desires.

The hymns of the first three are generally known as Thevaram, and those of the last as Tiruvachakam.
